By using Moiny, you also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Moiny is a tool application focused on countdown days, anniversaries, and planning reminders. It is designed to help users organize important dates such as birthdays, travel plans, holidays, exams, projects, health appointments, bills, and personal milestones into a clear and lightweight date-management experience.
The Service allows users to create date cards by entering information such as an event name, target date, category, notes, reminder timing, repeat settings, checklist items, and theme style. A background image may be added optionally, but core use of the Service does not require one. Based on the information provided, Moiny may display countdown days, elapsed anniversary counts, milestone reminders, timeline views, themed cards, widget previews, and year-in-review style summaries.
The first version of the Service is intentionally structured around fixed templates, reusable result cards, and preset directions rather than an open-ended prompt system. This means the app is intended to provide a consistent, low-friction way to create, revisit, copy, and share date cards, rather than a broad creative generation environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moiny and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, violating any applicable law, infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, submitting harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing content, and attempting to use the Service to threaten, exploit, or deceive others.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, that it will be free from errors, defects, or interruptions, or that any content, result, or feature will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
The Service, including its software, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, templates, workflows, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Moiny and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by law or by our prior written consent.
You are responsible for the information, images, notes, and other materials you provide to the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that your submissions do not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contract rights.
You are also responsible for reviewing your own entries before using, sharing, or relying on them. Because Moiny is designed for dates, reminders, and result cards, you should ensure that the event details, reminder settings, and related content are accurate and appropriate for your intended use.
The Service is provided as available, and we do not guarantee that it will operate continuously, securely, or without interruption. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, network conditions, device compatibility, or other factors outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including features related to templates, history, result generation, or purchase functionality.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Moiny for lawful, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
This license does not permit you to resell the Service, redistribute its components, or use the app as a commercial platform unless we have explicitly authorized such use in writing.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moiny and its operator, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
This includes claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we may post the revised version within the app or otherwise make it available to you.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
Moiny may offer in-app purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system, including virtual currency referred to as coins. Coins are consumable digital items used within the Service and do not represent legal tender, stored value, or any other form of monetary instrument.
All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms and applicable rules. Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, purchases of coins are final and non-refundable, and coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, exchanged, or sold for real money.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to some or all of the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end, but any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using Moiny, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or create through the Service. We do not claim ownership over your personal photos, event details, notes, or other user-provided materials.
However, by submitting content to Moiny, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and revocable license to host, process, store, reproduce, modify, display, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service. This license is limited to the functionality of the app and does not transfer ownership to us.
Any countdowns, summaries, timeline views, reminder suggestions, cards, previews, or other outputs generated by the Service are produced automatically based on the information you provide. These results are intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
We do not guarantee that generated results will be complete, accurate, suitable, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or taking action based on them. Any reliance on generated results is at your own risk.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Any rights or remedies not expressly stated in these Terms are reserved to the extent permitted by applicable law.
